ABOUT SCHWARTZ BROS.SchwartzBros. opened in 1977 and still under the same ownership.
The freshest and highest quality, ingredients are used, no expense is spared. Schwartz Bros. own Hamburgers are whole cuts of beef flank and fore-quarter, minced with a touch of salt and char grilled for a better flavour. The beef can be traced back to the farms of origin. The Vegeburger and Chickless Vegeburger patties are both vegan and made by us in store. Mature Cheddar cheese slices are used, not processed cheese. Non hydrogenated, non GM Rape Seed Oil is used for frying. Salt sachets are provided to season our own fries. All Schwartz Bros.food is cooked to order and well worth the wait, we do not sell ‘fast food’.
